When it comes to improving strength, you must possess knowledge of the muscular and nervous systems in order to know how to effectively over ride your body’s protective mechanisms, allowing for an expression of your true strength.

Our goal of this course is to provide you with training information based on exercise science research, as well as demonstrating how to methodically and systematically implement these training techniques with your clients and athletes.

 

In this course students will learn:

  1. Common mistakes in Relative Strength training
  2. Utilizing 6 different Hypertrophy techniques to use in training programs
  3. Training Splits for Relative Strength
  4. 8 Phases of Sample Upper & Lower Body Workouts

  • Course Notes
  • 10-question Multiple Choice Exam


Course Completion
To successfully complete this course, students will need to score a 90% or above on the Multiple-choice exam. you will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the course.

 

Recommended Prerequisite: Although not required, some concepts in this course are covered in the Foundations of Periodization & Program Design Course.
